ABOUT US

Midland County Central Dispatch Authority was established in November of 1993. We are a consolidated emergency services answering point, responsible for handling law enforcement, fire and medical calls for the Midland City and County residents.

We are located in the 'old circle mall' at 2727 Rodd Street, Midland, Michigan. We operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

We have a Director, Deputy Director, Administrative Assistant, I.T. Administrator, four Supervisors and 12 Telecommunication Specialists, totaling 20 employees. Our employees work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Our employees are considered 'civilian' , meaning they are not officers or deputies.
